dice di provare almeno qualche volta la sensazione di dover apparire pi\u00f9 sicuro e pi\u00f9 competente di quanto si senta davvero.<\/p><p>Lo conferma un sondaggio de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilcvperfetto.it\/\">ilCVperfetto<\/a><\/strong>, piattaforma per la creazione di CV online, condotto su oltre 1.000 lavoratori in Europa per capire quanto questo senso di inadeguatezza incida sia sull\u2019esperienza del singolo sia sul lavoro dell\u2019azienda.<\/p><p>L\u2019indagine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilcvperfetto.it\/blog\/sindrome-dellimpostore-sul-lavoro\"><strong>Sindrome dell\u2019impostore sul lavoro 2026<\/strong><\/a> mostra con chiarezza la distanza tra ci\u00f2 che molte persone sentono e ci\u00f2 che pensano di dover mostrare sul lavoro. Aspettative alte, confronto costante con i colleghi e mancanza di <em>feedback<\/em> alimentano un\u2019insicurezza diffusa. In particolare:<\/p><ul><li><em>il 40% sente sempre o spesso questa pressione<\/em><\/li><li><em>il 29% la prova qualche volta<\/em><\/li><li><em>il 31% la prova raramente o non la prova mai<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p>Secondo chi ha partecipato al sondaggio, questa insicurezza dipende pi\u00f9 dall\u2019ambiente di lavoro che da una vera mancanza di capacit\u00e0. Tra i fattori citati pi\u00f9 spesso ci sono:<\/p><ul><li>il confronto con colleghi percepiti come particolarmente brillanti (32%)<\/li><li>la mancanza di feedback o riconoscimento (29%)<\/li><li>la tendenza a pretendere troppo da s\u00e9 stessi (28%)<\/li><li>il fatto che strumenti, tecnologie e competenze richieste cambino di continuo (24%)<\/li><li>aspettative molto alte da parte dei superiori (22%)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3253183 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3253183\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">4.
