Abbiamo bisogno di persone con competenze diverse ma unite da motivazione, spirito di squadra e voglia di contribuire. Cerchiamo persone appassionate, capaci di riconoscere e coltivare i propri talenti. Gianni Cicogna<\/strong>: “Sta cambiando davvero, ma non basta parlarne: serve agire! Noi abbiamo lavorato molto sul benessere, anche in modo concreto. Durante il Covid, per esempio, abbiamo creato una ‘Kid Room’ in ufficio per permettere ai genitori di lavorare portando con s\u00e9 i figli. E oggi continuiamo a puntare su flessibilit\u00e0, smart working ed equilibrio vita-lavoro<\/a><\/strong>. Ma soprattutto, investiamo nella consapevolezza delle persone. Ogni talento \u00e8 unico e ciascuno merita di poterlo realizzare.<\/em>“<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
