Stando a questi dati, a non percepirlo \u00e8 solamente il 36% e i settori pi\u00f9 interessati da questo aspetto sono i dipendenti del comparto <strong>Energy and Utilities<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Diversa, invece, \u00e8 la situazione di quei lavoratori che lavorano da <strong>remoto<\/strong> o in <strong>modalit\u00e0 ibrida<\/strong>, per i quali l&#8217;equilibrio tra vita privata e vita lavorativa \u00e8 migliore. Una persona su quattro prevede infatti di lasciare il proprio lavoro nei prossimi sei mesi e i lavoratori pi\u00f9 preoccupati per la propria sicurezza lavorativa sono i dipendenti del settore <strong>Financials and Real Estate<\/strong>, mentre i lavoratori del comparto <strong>Communication Services<\/strong> sono coloro che hanno dimostrato minore fiducia nei propri manager.<\/p><p>Anche in questo caso, come nel precedente, la categoria meno soddisfatta \u00e8 quella delle <strong>donne<\/strong>, soprattutto appartenenti alla <strong>GenZ<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3878881 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" carriera e opportunit\u00e0<\/h3><p>L&#8217;ultima categoria presa in esame \u00e8 quella relativa alla <strong>fiducia<\/strong>, che si basa sulla possibilit\u00e0 di raggiungere i propri obiettivi di carriera, sull&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di una qualche promozione, sull&#8217;esperienza e sulle skills.<\/p><p>Qui, ad avere le maggiori certezze in Italia sono soprattutto i lavoratori appartenenti alla categoria dei <strong>Millennial<\/strong>, fiduciosi nel poter raggiungere importanti risultati professionali.<\/p><p>I livelli di fiducia pi\u00f9 bassi si registrano nel settore <strong>Health Care and Life Sciences<\/strong>, mentre, in generale, il <strong>37%<\/strong> dei lavoratori crede che il proprio <strong>datore di lavoro<\/strong> non offra opportunit\u00e0 di carriera adeguate
