Tutto molto semplice a dirsi, ma nella realt\u00e0 \u00e8 veramente complicato trovare il perfetto equilibrio tra i quattro elementi che compongono l&#8217;IKIGAI.<\/p><p>Perch\u00e9 vanno considerate le condizioni e le priorit\u00e0 specifiche di ogni singolo momento della vita di un&#8217;impresa, di un imprenditore, del mercato e molto altro ancora. \u00c8 in quest&#8217;ottica che va considerato l&#8217;<strong>IKIGAI<\/strong>, come una <strong>vera e propria bussola<\/strong> da monitorare per cercare di tenere meglio possibile le cose in equilibrio.<\/p><p>A volte, per\u00f2, la quotidianit\u00e0 della vita d&#8217;impresa non mette sempre nelle condizioni di riflettere e ritagliarsi i giusti momenti per cercare le risposte che veramente possono far crescere in maniera armoniosa. Se un&#8217;impresa \u00e8 in grado di riuscire a definire in modo chiaro questi aspetti, riuscir\u00e0 di riflesso a fare in modo che il proprio andamento possa avere un impatto d&#8217;ispirazione all&#8217;interno della propria organizzazione, diventando il volano per fare le cose bene.<\/p><h4><strong>Ogni impresa ha il suo vita e di impresa<\/h3><p>Nella giornata di mercoled\u00ec <strong>4 maggio 2022<\/strong>, si \u00e8 svolta la prima tappa del progetto <strong>IKIGAI<\/strong> di <a href=\"https:\/\/acacia-group.it\/\"><strong>Acacia Group<\/strong><\/a>, in collaborazione con la Luiss Business School.<\/p><p>In una splendida location, il Prof.re <a
