The real challenge for the company will be to structure it in several phases:<\/p><ul><li><b>attract<\/b><\/li><li><b>cultivate<\/b><\/li><li><b>withhold<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>If on the one hand the new generations will increasingly ask for more opportunities for professional growth and flexibility, on the other\u00a0<b>the human resources departments will have to balance the effort and find the right people<\/b>\u00a0for the vacancies in the company with loyalty programmes.<\/p><p><b>In which sectors will we see a greater rediscovery of talent in 2023?<\/b><\/p><p><em>\u201cThe rediscovery of talent will take place in all those professions of knowledge workers, those in which intellectual capacity and creativity are in the foreground and are made available to the company. In general, we are witnessing a revaluation of talent at the top of the pyramid of consumer services, even in sectors that we would never imagine. It is not a trend of 2023 only: we have years ahead in which the skills of the individual will grow in importance\u201d.<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Will attention to work-life balance become fundamental in terms of negotiation?<\/b><\/p><p><em>\u201cWell-being is becoming a central theme. Smart working is in great demand and is becoming a part of negotiation, especially among people who can afford not to accept the first job they find. Let\u2019s go towards a true work-life balance, something that no longer applies only to young people but also to the over 50s.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>How is talent cultivated today?<\/b><\/p><p><em>\u201cCultivating a talent today starts from an essential thing: listening and therefore understanding the differences and needs of people in the company. If you want to have talent in the company, you have to make them participate in their training plan\u201d .<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>What does a training plan consist of?<\/b><\/p><p><em>It means building development plans ad personam, asking the collaborator regularly which are the areas they are most interested in and which skills they can or want to acquire. This is fundamental<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f92db13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f92db13\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>\u201cThe skillfull corporation\u201d<\/h3><p>According to research data\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/five-fifty-the-skillful-corporation\">\u201cMcKinsey\u2019s The Skillfull Corporation\u201d<\/a>,\u00a0<b>43% of companies have skills shortages within their workforce<\/b>. While according to the latest\u00a0<em>Employment outlook survey<\/em>\u00a0by\u00a0<b>Manpower<\/b>,\u00a0<b>75% of employers reported difficulties in filling some roles<\/b>, with an increase by 6% compared to the same period of 2021.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>This means that the global talent shortage has reached its highest level in 16 years. A phenomenon that will also increasingly affect Italy.<\/p><p>In 2023, the search for specific skills required by the labor market will ensure that companies will increasingly become aware of the need to change their approach to talent management. In fact, attracting talent is only the first step in this process.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>The salary alone is no longer enough<\/b>. Companies will need to focus on\u00a0<em>\u201cother factors vital to satisfaction and engagement, including career growth, flexibility, and work-life balance\u201d<\/em>.<\/p><p>Salary, in fact, becomes\u00a0<em>\u201ca secondary factor and no longer sufficient to choose whether or not to keep one\u2019s job\u201d<\/em>.<\/p><p>It is no coincidence that 31% of workers declare that the main reason why they decide to quit is the lack of opportunities for professional growth and training and only 4 out of 10 workers declare themselves\u00a0<em>\u201csatisfied with the prospects of career and upskilling opportunities offered\u201d<\/em>\u00a0by your company.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4acfb4a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4acfb4a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>HR Trends<\/h3><p>Been aware of this scenario, according to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.randstad.it\/azienda\/professionals-per-le-aziende\/hr-trends-and-salary-survey\/scarica-ricerca\/\">Randstad\u2019s latest HR Trends report<\/a>, the company\u2019s main challenge lies in focusing on retaining talent.
