Next 1 July the 6th edition of the International Green Music Festival will start, a festival that combines the values of green with the beauty of music, under the artistic direction of the Maestro Maurizio Mastrini .
The most evocative naturalistic and historical theaters in Umbria will be the setting for the performances of great artists from the national, international and local scene that tourists can listen to completely free of charge.
The event, the main partners of which are Smartpeg , is supported by the LAG Valle Umbra e Sibillini and the GAL Trasimeno Orvietano and promoted by the representative figures of Doctor Pietro Bellini, Doctor Francesca Caproni and Doctor Gionni Moscetti and has the support of other territorial bodies.
The VI Festinal International Green Music is spread over 40 locations, hosting about 130 artists who will enrich the musical and cultural offer of Umbria. The festival will open with the “Concert in the Cipressi Theater” on July 1st in Spello, at the Umbraflor nursery, where the internationally renowned percussionist Tony Esposito and the Maestro Juan Lorenzo.
Among the most important events:
- on July 8, water will be the absolute protagonist. In fact, Maestro Luca Torrigiani and Maestro Lapo Vannucci will present the “Concerto in Acqua” at Bagni Triponzo, a spa located in Borgo Cerreto;
- on July 26 the splendid setting of the churchyard of the Duomo di Orvieto will host the great violinist Uto Ughi, who will present his virtuosity to the public through a scenographic and suggestive performance, embellished by the marvelous facade of the Duomo.

Wednesday 29 June 2022, starting at 17:30, the official press conference for the presentation of the 6th edition of the International Green Music Festival was held at the Oratorio del Crocificco, via Federico Frezzi, Foligno (PG) and which will have as moderator Beppe Convertini.
